How long will it take to ship and is expedited shipping available?
Domestic delivery takes 2-5 days. Delivery times may vary due to special factors such as peak delivery periods or staffing shortages. Please note that expedited shipping services are temporarily unavailable.
Where do my items ship from?
We ship products from warehouses in Japan.
What regions do you cover for logistics? What regions do you support shipping to?
Most items ship free anywhere in Japan. If you would like to ship to a country outside of Japan, please contact us at service@yihayo.com. Delivery may take up to 30 days or more. Please email us to inquire about shipping status and fees to your specific location.
When will out of stock items be restocked?

Will my order be delivered in multiple packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. Additionally, customizable standing desks such as Basic and Brasa will ship with the desktop and desk frame in two separate packages.

Will my order be shipped via courier or freight?
Most products offer free shipping to Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu within Japan.

What is the difference between the desk frames that support Desktop/Frame Matching (Basic & Brasa Series) and regular desks?
Compared to regular desks, the frames of standing desks with desktop/frame matching (e.g. Basic & Brasa series) are available in more color and feature options and can be expanded or contracted to fit the size of your tabletop.
What is the memory function?
The memory function remembers your preferred standing desk height setting, allowing you to easily stand or sit. Most regular YIHAYO standing desks have the following keypad settings:
In addition, if the desktop hits an obstacle in its path, it will immediately move in the opposite direction, preventing damage caused by the collision between the desk and the object. The following diagram can help you understand the anti-collision function more intuitively.
How do I set the maximum and minimum height for my standing desk?
The operation method of the keypad is different, take the Basic & Brasa series keypad as an example:
Setting the minimum height: Lower the desk to the desired minimum height, press and hold "M" and "▼" simultaneously for 5 seconds, the minimum height is saved when the display shows a flashing "222".
Setting Maximum Height: Raise the desk to the desired maximum height, press and hold "M" and "▲" simultaneously for 5 seconds, the maximum height is saved when the display shows a flashing "111".
Removing the height restriction: Press and hold the button shown in the figure and "M" simultaneously for 5 seconds. "333" will flash on the display and the height restriction will be removed.

Where can I find assembly instructions for my product?

What tools do I need to assemble the desk?
To assemble the frame you will need a hex wrench, which is included in the package, and a Phillips head screwdriver or power drill to attach the frame to the tabletop.
Approximately how long does it take to assemble?
Typically, the quick assembly of the product takes about 20 minutes and the other products take about 1.5 hours, but this may vary depending on the tools used, assembly experience, and manual dexterity.
Does the table top have pre-drilled holes to make it easier to attach to the frame?
The table top has pre-drilled holes for easy screw attachment to the frame.
What should I do if my desk stops working?
In most cases, all that is needed is a simple control box reset. Please refer to the assembly instructions for more details. A printed version of the instructions is included in the product package. If you are unable to find or lose the instructions, you can view or download an electronic version from the "Space/Assembly" tab on the applicable product page. I have a problem with my product, is it covered under the warranty?
Under normal use, all height adjustable desks' main parts and components are guaranteed for a period of 3 years from the time the product is delivered to the user, the motor quality is guaranteed for 1 year and the electronic parts for 1 year.
